Hemisphere GPS – SBX-4 Board
Description
Overview
Hemisphere GNSSs SBX-4 radio beacon board provides a trustworthy way of obtaining differential corrections. It strengthens an independent GPS receiver with free accuracy. This upgrades correction data from beacon station networks positioned around the globe.
Dual-channel operation makes sure to select and decode the best station. The unit enables top-performance reception along with a number of different functions. These include the ability to be tuned to station distance or signal strength.
SBX-4 transmits the RTCM SC-104 industry standard format that GPS differential-ready receivers accept. It also can be monitored and configured using the protocol NMEA 0183.
Hemisphere GNSSs receivers and antennas are sold to OEM system integrators on boards. As navigation and positioning components, they are used among other things in survey, mapping, and marine applications.
